I am pretty sure Ken North over at 2K has his own answer but I am to tired and hungry to look for that thread now. Some claim it work and some say it doesn't. I read a thread similar like this over at 2K (weeks ago) and there really was no clear answer at all. They are very dodgy like they are guilty of stealing money from people or something. I did not see 2K developers answer this same question back in the 2K forum formally.
NBA 2K10 TSEARCH MY PLAYER MINUTES PC
But that's just my experience.Īdjusting the sliders on PC using tSearch however has a tremendous noticeable effect. The fatigue is still on and the game is still the same (FG% is still high for the CPU especially in the NBA) and the more games I play, the more it becomes apparent to me that the sliders nor the difficulty did not change. I even turn off fatigue and set the difficulty to Rookie in the settings before I started my game but nothing has change (aside from the quarter length) when the My Player mode started. I tried setting the user sliders all for the USER advantage like 100 on everything and 0 for the CPU. TRAINERS CoSMOS FEATURES REQUESTS QUEUE BOARDS REWARDS HELP We have 28,453 trainers for 6,955 Games. it looks/sounds great on my machine, but.I am starting to beleive that setting the sliders before you start My Player doesn't work. Discussing NBA 2K10 Trainer on NBA 2K10 PC message board and forum (page 7). i was hoping they would have spent more effort on the gameplay and stat balance as well. i thought last years gameplay was pretty damn good and I agree that 2k10 feels clunky. Unfortunately, i agree with your sentiments.
NBA 2K10 TSEARCH MY PLAYER MINUTES PATCH
Maybe I'll revisit the game when a PC patch shows up in a few months. The gameplay is falling further and further behind on 2Ks priority list and it's sad. 2K10 is kind of the same way, but the goods are cosmetic, great announcing and presentation, great graphics and animations, but just terrible control and stat balance. Each one got better and worse at the same time. Gameplay has seriously suffered in my opinion. I really think basketball games are going in the wrong direction with these 5 minute quarters and fancy animations. I did the hack thing and played 10 minute quarters. It's too clunky, and the fact that you really can't change anything with My Player (sliders, minutes, etc.) is just a complete downer for me. I think I'm calling it with this game and going back to 2K9. inside there is a " Saves" folder, and inside this there is a " Config.cfg" file, open it up with notepad Search for your "NBA 2k10" folder inside your C:\Documents and settings\.\ etc. If this is like last years game than it is more processor hungry than video card because it is coded like the xbox 360 that is why if you have a quad core you can do this to boost the game to run better It's your videocard that's going to have the greatest impact on performance for most games out there. And gaming is way more GPU intensive than CPU intensive. You don't need a $3000 computer to run the latest and greatest games. Coupled with the fact that the console counterparts are having framerate hiccups points more fingers at the true culprit, which is the game itself. There are people that have modest hardware running it at 60 FPS and people with similar hardware getting crappy performance.
